Ian is the founder of DAM Risk Assessments, which specialises in dental, medical, and aesthetic risk assessments. In his spare time, he also runs DANDI H&S Ltd, a company that handles a variety of other health and safety needs.

He graduated with a BA Hons in Marketing from De Montfort University in 2001 and earned his MBA from the University of Kent in 2003.

His passion for health and safety change management is global with some of his work still being used in Japan, the USA, and the Caribbean today.

His influence in this field has led to the adoption of his processes by some of the UK regulators.

In his free time, Ian enjoys riding his motorcycle, "Doris," or go-karting. He is also an avid networker, particularly within the "Buzz network," and frequently supports new venue launches.
